Every Tempstar home comfort product is backed the way it’s built—to be
the best. The Tempstar No Hassle Replacement Warranty means you’ll get
continued comfort—no worries, no questions. Now, you get a brand new
replacement unit* should the major component (the compressor or heat
exchanger) of your 12 or 14 SEER outdoor unit fail within the first five
years.
Standard Warranty
Tempstar residential products come with a five-year limited warranty on
all functional parts.
Key Component Warranty
In addition, key components typically carry longer limited warranties.
We will inform you of any Tempstar products which components carry a
limited warranty different from the five years limited warranty on
parts.
Warranty Claim Information
Because yearly maintenance is critical to achieving maximum performance
and the life expectancy of the products, to receive warranty coverage,
you must provide proof of yearly service by a qualified service
technician. You must also have original records that will establish the
installation date and proof of purchase. Complete Comfort will assist
